The SCCAERAB crew teamed up with a couple of amazing I/O collaborators (Drs. Krista Howard and Mike Baumann) on this recently published paper to examine the impact that historically ascribed masculine norms had on women’s drinking in the face of an adverse employment change (e.g., job loss, furlough, cut in pay) during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.
