SCCAERAB at SWPA 2021

Members of the SCCAERAB team were delighted to present their research at the Southwestern Psychological Association (SWPA) 2021 meeting. Ms. Neha Shrestha shared a poster on work stress, alcohol expectancies, and alcohol use among Latinx college students and Ms. Yasmin Ali shared a poster about linking feminine norms to drinking as a function of risk perceptions about alcohol use. Dr. Perrotte’s virtual talk highlighted the importance of considering domains of masculinity when connecting the construct to drinking behaviors.

In addition, the lab would like to express a hearty congratulations to Neha, who was appointed as this year’s Graduate Student Representative for SWPA. Way to go!
